Warranty PorchSails are made of duPont Solarmax banner fabric. Solarmax is a sturdy nylon oxford fabric treated with ultraviolet protection. There are over 50 bright colors available. Like all flags, banners and other fabric products made for outdoor use, PorchSails will weather over time. Mother Nature is more powerful than all of us. If your PorchSails are hung in the bright sunlight or strong winds, they will fade and wear over time like all flag and banner products.
We offer a limited return policy. If you are unhappy with the quality or color that we chose for you, we will accept returns and refund your money. New product that can be returned to our inventory will be accepted for refund. We can't accept your PorchSails for return if they have faded or torn because of obvious extended use. Please contact us to discuss your situation before you ship the product.
